HP DATA Protector Express SSE

I hope someone can help...

I tried set a password on HP DATA Protector Express SSE for a Novell Server and when I try and login is displays a error 1025 a password is required and not set. Then it prompts to set a password and I leave the password blank where it has the Old Password box and in the New and Confirm Password boxes I type in a password then click OK, I then get a error 1020 and that the account name does not exist.

Could someone please help!
