HP data protector express v 4.0 sp1

I have problem...and i need help.

The full backups are being performed and not this happening the following error: --> error 1401 Please insert compatible media

The problem is that a month ago it worked perfectly
please someone help me

My software version is 4.0 sp1, and before all backups worked perfectly.

All backups differential works, but the backup full the error occurs. =// error 1401

I already erased the tape. even before the backup started 0% finished and now 99%.... and error.

backup size is less than 40 gb and tape have 72 gb
