HP DataProtector 6.0 notification issues and upgrade issues

HI,
We have upgraded DataProtector 5.5. to 6.0. At the end of the upgrade the following error was displayed: "Notification File Data has not been upgraded"
We are unable to set notifications for backup jobs.
Any advice?
