HP DataProtector Express for Desktop and Notebooks

Hi Techies,

I installed a evaluation version of HP DataProtector Express for Desktop and Notebooks and tried to create the policy. I get the following error

Error : Server Error in '/dpnadmin Application
Configuration Error

Decription : An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request .
Source Error : Line 25 Source File: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\dpnadmin\web.config Line: 25


Its very critical to resolve this issue.Hope you guys will help me with some suggestions

Hello Yousuf,

Unfortunately this product has been discontinued and there is no longer any support for the evaluation version of the product.

That said, the error is a network communication problem. Check to see if you can ping the policy server from the client.
