HP ESL 9595 Horizontal Mapping failure
I have a question regarding our HP ESL 9595 Tape library. The other day I got the following error:
"Horizontal Mapping failure" (4 85 30)
when I was unloading the bulk slots. I selected the go online button and it did. Again I got this error when loading the bulk slots and again was able to bring it online. Is this something I need to be concerned about. Per the manual, it doesnt give me any tests or actions to perform. Just that it wasnt able to detect the horizontal target. I am not sure if this will help, but I opened it and cleaned all the markers. Anyone familiar with this error, and does it mean something is failing?
Thanks
mricca

Run "Calibrate All" and see where the Robot/Scanner stops, then inspect that area for damage and/or obstruction.
