HP LTO4 Ultrium (C7974A-RW) detected as LTO 2 in Quantum Scalar 50 (NO LABEL)

Recently i just brought a box of HP LTO4 Ultrium (C7974A-RW), all the new tapes detected as LTO 2 in my Quantum Scalar 50. below is the information that shown on my library. is it the tape issue?
