HP LTT: counter for buffer underruns?

The HP LTT are a fine means to examine tape drives and loaders.

Question: do the numbers that we get from Detailed Device
Information report bear some information about the counter for
buffer underruns, i.e. an indication of how often the tape had to
be stopped and started again, and the immanent danger of
shoe-shining?

I only can see quite abstract values like the following:

Head life : Great margin, 99% life remaining
Reposition life : Great margin, 99% life remaining
Load/unload life : Great margin, 99% life remaining
