HP ML 110 RDX 160gb internal cartidge not detected
I have a customer that has a ML110 running sbs 2008 with a rdx 160gb internal drive. The problem I'm having is the rdx cartridge is not being reconized by the hp CDP software. I can run the Utlilty and it will pass all the tests. Have reboot the server. Formatted the disk and still will not reconize the cartridge. in CDP. The RDX drive has been replaced and still have the same problem. Reloaded the cdp software too.

I am having the same problem with a Proliant ML 350 and RDX 320GB, replaced both the drive and the cartridges and keep getting the "load cartridge" message
