HP STORAGE WORKS 1/8 AUTOLOADER

I have a HP Storage Works 1/8 autoloader tape drive which had a jammed tape drive inside.
I managed to remove the jammed tape but after switching on, the following 2 errors appear on the display panel.
1. Error code 90
2. Error Code A0

I have tried the reset but still get the same errors. Please could someone help?

Thanks I've seen the link.
It tells me why the error's are appearing.
Now the question is how do I solve both errors?

Hi,
You can see in the link "A0 Carousel motion failure". In one client, it appeared the same errors. I call to Technical Support and he said me that I could open the Autoloader, find the carousel that it is not in his place.

You have open the Autoloader.
