HP Storageworks 1/8 G2 Autoloader and Arcserv

Good Day.  What is t he proper way to configure Arcserv r15 with HP Storageworks G2 1/8 Autoloader to use all of the tapes in the magazines?  I need to backup large amounts of TIFF files and I need the backup to span multiple cartridges.
