HP StorageWorks 5300 Tape Array

Does anyone know where I can find the troublshooting manual for this tape array please? I have already search the site but no luck.

Alternatively, does anyone know what it means when the red light flashes ? All our DVDs and ultriums tapes drives within this tape array unit are okay.

You probably have a failed power supply.
Check the status of the power supplies in the back

There are 3 LEDs on the upper right corner of the chassis.

left: Temperature
middle: fans
right: power

red flashing of one of them means there is a problem in this area.
