HP StorageWorks LTO Ultrium 448 and linux

My firm bought a HP StorageWorks LTO Ultrium 448 Tape Drive with HP LTO2 tapes. I would use the device and the tape with our centos linux servers.
Can anyone help me to setup the backup procedure.
