HP StorageWorks MSA VDS Hardware Provider Stopped working

I have been having an intermittent backup failures and was wondering if the error message below could be a clue

Is this an error message I should be concerned about and what does it actually mean?

Hi, did you found out the problem? I'm getting a similar problem with an BladeSystem X1800 G2 WS2008 R2 std:
