HP Ultrium448 Error
We are using Ultrium 448 tape drive to take back up of our ERP System server and Exchange server.Tape drive is connected to Exchange server which runs Windows 2003 server SP1.We were having back up succesfully untill we start getting attached error message. The Error is
"The divice reported an error on a request to write data to media.
Error Reported: invalid command
There may be a Hardware or media problem
Please check the system log for relevant failure."
When i check the system log it says "RSM stopped"
But we get this error message only when we use a new tape(HP 400GB).When we use an old tape it succesfully overwrites. Can anyone help pls...?
