HPE Tape MSL 4080: Cant configure and operations when 1/2 power supply have fail.

HPE Tape MSL 4080: Cant configure and operations when 1/2 power supply have fail.

Hi all,

My tape library (HPE MSL 4080) is having 1/2 power failure. I cannot configure or operate anything. When I configure the system it says  "power supply health check failed dual to power supply failed". Does this mean it is not possible to configure or operate when there is only 1 supply?

Please help me. Thanks!

There maybe power related issues and hence one PSU might not have been able to take the load when the primary failed. Please either replace the failed PSU or perform a complete power cycle.
