Information on Exchaging Drives in MSL5052

Hi
We have supplied a customer with an MSL5052 with 4 x SDLT2 drives and I need to supply them with a guide on the correct way to take the trays in and out of the library (easy I know but customer wants it in black and white).

Is there anything available on line?
