Intermittant Slow backup with 1760 drive and Data Protector express 4.0

Once a week or so my customer will come in and one of the backup's will still be running. It will say it's aproximately 50% completed. This is a brand new drive, and most nights it works perfectly. The job backs up two servers, 1 exchange server and 1 SQL server. In the status window, with details, it shows that it is only backing up one file at a time, which is on the media server. Never had this problem until we replace the old 232 drive with the new one. Diagnostic on device does not show anything. I will attach a file with the status, job log, and good job log.
