I was able to get the product details. It says HPE STOREEVER MSL LTO-7 ULTRIUM 15000 FC DRIVE. Please confirm if this is the device we are working on.

We need tickets from the unit for analysis and based on the warranty. We will proceed further.

Kindly log a warranty case for the issue as this looks like a Robot issue and might need further inspection and replacement of parts.
