Hi Paul,

what can i say , what you get is antient or EOSL since some time.
If you have or can get carepack for it from hp . You still can get exchange for some parts. Otherwise check ebay, but this is something i wouldn't recommend from any one.
I will advice you buy yourself a new device.

Thank you for responding so quickly. Yes I figured, due to the age of the device it is way past time to up grade. We are looking into a new drive possibly a 920 since it will write to LTO3 yet still read our LTO1 tapes. Thanks again.
