logs of eml

Hi to all,

I had a problem with eml tape library which is escalted to HP.(One of the drive out of four is showing the amber LED continuously)
They were asking me to take the ltt and nsr logs for the tape library.
I had taken the ltt logs.But i dont know how to take the nsr logs.
Anybody can u help me to expalin how to take the nsr log files for the above library?

Please help me....

you just have to collect the support ticket of the library from Command View. the support ticket that will be created include the nsr logs and also the Interface Manager logs
