LTFS driver - unable to eject LTO-6 cartridge

Windows server 2008 R2

all the program close

all the windows close (open only 'computer' to make eject operation)

I try eject tape from Explorer, but tape not eject and button on drive don't have effect.

After the restart Windows server and Tape drive, the tape was ejected properly.

I was find one solution, after error windows appear, I push to eject button on drive, tape ejecting, after that I close the window by selecting 'Ignore'.

I think that is not normal operation.

Сan somebody recommend me a backup software compatible with the LTFS?
