I'm facing a problem that i can't solve for the moment.
I have :
DL370 G6 w2k3R2 32bit.
Smart Array P212 with 0Mb (Bios 2.50)
Internal LTO-4 1760 SAS (EH919A)
Removable Storage service disabled
Smart Array BIOS/ACU detect the tape drive
Windows detect P212
Windows detect LTO 4
The problem:
L&TT report "scan completed with errors" and do not detect anything
DP 6.10 don't detect any Tape drive.
Have you got an idea ? any tips ?
I don't understand LTT logs.
Regards.

You might want to refer to
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&objectID=c01420765&jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN
for the cabling guidelines and ensure it was followed correctly.

Re: LTO-4 ultrium 1760 SAS recognition issue
Thanks for all.
Special Thanks to Marino.
I apply MS patch and it's OK after reboot.
For information, proliant was "factory integrated" with LTO-4 and all cables connections was OK.
Like every time itrc forums are better, faster, stronger than HP support calls !
