LTO-7 After Installation Writing Slow with HPE Library Test

Hello,
We are doing read/write in HP 1/8 G2 LTO-7 FC Tape Autoloader with HPE Library Test, but it's very slow while read/writing.  It's installed in Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard 64 bit

What can be the reason? It takes around 1 hour for 1 GB Write. 

Need expert help to fix this issue.
