LTO-7 LTFS Something is wrong

Hello,

My inventory:

HP Prolian ML350 G6

491191-B21 HP Smart Array P212/256 BBWC 1-ports Int/1-ports Ext PCIe x8 FIO SAS Controller

P9G74A HPE StoreEver LTO-7 Ultrium 15000 Tape drive

OS:

Centos7 x64

HPE Library and Tape Tools 4.24

HPE StoreOpen Standalone 3.2.0

Problem:

I had 2 x LTO-7 cartridges. I putted the first one in and formated to LTFS. Then mounted it and started to copy files. After some time it automaticaly unmounted and my partition got full because files where still coppying to /mnt directory. I tried to run LTFSCK but it returrned some errors I tried to reformat to LTFS but it failed, I tried to unformat it succeded, but formating to LTFS failed again, then I went to the server the orange led "Tape" was blinking which means something is wrong with the cartridge. I contacted the dealer and he sayd he will replace the cartridge.

I then putted the second cartridge inside, formated it to LTFS, mounted and started to copy 1.8TB files. After some time it automaticaly unmounted and my /mnt directory got full again. I deleted files from /mnt and mounted again the cartridge where were no errors it mounted succefully. I thought maybe index partition can't handle so big files and my copy is too big for one operation, so I started to copy folder by folder with smaller sizes. At first it was going ok but suddenly it became read-only and I could not copy any more files. I tried to run LTFSCK:

LTFS20035E Unable to lock device (Resource temporarily unavailable)
LTFS12012E Cannot open device: failed backend open call
LTFS16011E Cannot open device '/dev/sg4'

Then I tried to unmount the partition and mount it again:

[root@tape ~]# ltfs /mnt/lto7
