MSL 4048 Mechanical Block

MSL 4048 LTO 920 SAS issue Mecanical Block error 8A 0E.
How to get rid of this error.
I tried to move slider manually but it didn't help.

i found a problem!
there is problem with the shaft that locks the magazines- shaft is misplaced.
i mannually adjust the shaft.

Hi Himesh,
i am also getting the same error and backups are failing. Did adjusting the shaft manually solve your problem? Where is this shaft located? Please help!
