MSL 5052 Scsi data parity error
HI,
I keep getting a SCSI port 0 master data parity error.
The connection between the library and the backup server is lost rigth after.
So far I replaced the scsi cable, reseat the cards, cleaned the tapes and I made sure it was not comming from the server. When I test the card with the LLT&T tool everything is fine.
What can I do?

Re: MSL 5052 Scsi data parity error
What kind of tape drive do you have in the library.
Check this out:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&taskId=110&prodSeriesId=316040&prodTypeId=12169&prodSeriesId=316040&objectID=c00659626
Make sure there's no terminator on the library controller and no daisy chain between tape drives.
The terminator should be terminated at the lower port of the tape drive.
Also check the terminator.
And medias.

Re: MSL 5052 Scsi data parity error
I replaced the E1200 router on the Library, as for now it seems to have fix the problem.
