I am having a similar problem. Replaced the router in the library. got a refurbished one from ebay. My switch zoning "sees" the wwn from the router, and the zoning seems to be working, but my windows server still dont see the library. Any ideas?

first thing that you should do is create new LUN`s for your M$ Win server.
