Has anyone see the message "recovery" display in the OPC screen after loading in a magazince? I have not been able to located any documentation to tell why it would display that message.

I found out the answer to my question. If the small plastic clips are missing on a cell of the magazine, the tape library has problems inventorying what tapes are in what cell. Once we replaced the missing clip, all was well again.
Can the clips be purchased separately?
