MSL5000 informational message on touchscreen
I have a MSl5000 with 2 power supplies and randomly it displays the following message:
Library is now in redundant power mode.
I can hit Ok and the event goes away but it will pop up again few hours later. The library is working fine and backup are being done OK.
I have tried replacing both psu's but the events still pops up.
Any suggestions on what the issue could be?
Thanks

Re: MSL5000 informational message on touchscreen
Since you already replied the psu's I would assume checking the MSL where the psu's connect.
I suspect one of the power supply assemblies to be defective:

Re: MSL5000 informational message on touchscreen
Hi,
I suspect it may be the backplane where the PSU's plug in. I am attaching the message as it appears on the touchscreen. Its not a fault but an informational message
