MSL5000 - no devie error

I am using an MSL5000 tape library with Arcserve backup 11.5 on a windows 2000 server. This morning one of the drives is no longer showing as a member of the library when I select the device in arcserve. When I run an inventory on the library I get an error saying that the device (drive 1) is not found.
I have rebooted the MSL and stopped and started the services for arcserve but its still ot working. I have attached a screen print of the error. Any ideas?

I didn't have any straight answer for this.

check the below.

1. Did the both driver visible under Device manager?

2. Try to Run the HP Library and Tape Tools and test the drive functionality.
