MSL5026 tape drive not seen by N1200 storage router

I have the same problem, but with HP/UX 11.31
The library is MSL6030 with embedded E1200-160. I have 3 VMS nodes that use the library, no problem. I added wwids of my new HPUX node in the "host" section on the router and created a zone on my Brocade SAN switch with wwids of the router and the host. Entire set-up similar to that of Sidney Polak elsewhere in this thread. I also followed all other pertinent advice from this thread. #ioscan does not see a thing. Anyone managed to make it work under HPUX 11v3? Sidney, I understand you changed a OS system parameter, right? Anyone knows if HPUX has an equivalent of this (see Sidney's last response).
