msl6000 don't see barcodes.

Vsem privet (Hi all).
I have a following problem: I have robotic library msl6000. It consists of two units, “master” and “slave”. When I'm doing “inventory” operation, I can see all barcodes on all cartridges on “master” unit. But there are only black cartriges on the “slave” unit, so I can’t see any barcodes on it. It displays if a slot busy or empty only. Would you please advise what I can do for fix this problem? Thank you very much in advance!
