MSL6000 Robotic Library error
During startup the MSL6000 display states this message:
Fault code: 3033 (soft)
Chassis s/n Did not scan.
We are using Backup Exec.11 on Windows 2003 Server for backup. All jobs fail on Drive 0.

can the library read the media barcode labels??
If the library can NOT read the media barcode labels, probably the barcode reader is be damaged.
If the library does read the media barcode labels, then there is a problem with a chassis label and you will need to call HP Support to create a case and have this addressed.
