MSL6000 Tape Library
We have an MSL6000 Tape Library, when jobs are writing to tape the unit will power off and the back up job cannot complete. Any suggestios?

looks like there is a power issue
-check if you have a good power source, and if you have the correct power value disconnecting the power cable from the back of the library itself, and checking with a voltmeter:
between the ground and the Neutral value should be less that a couple of volts.
between the Ground and the phase, value should be the nominal voltage (110 or 220 depending of your region)
between the Neutral and the Phase, value should be the nominal voltage also.
if this is ok, check your power supply and eventually replace it.
During writing process, the Drives use more power, that is why you may see this issue if power is marginal
