MSL6050 Tape Drive - unexpected scsi sense code
I am receiving an error when running an arcserve backup on my hp storageworks MSL6050 Tape Drive.
the backups are failing due to 'an unexpected scsi sense code'.
i also have entries in the event log:
- \device\scsi\cpqcissm2 did not respond within the timeout period
- the device detected a controller error on \device\scsi\cpqcissm2
does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?
thanks.
