Not able to view MSL 6030 library

I have a new rp4440 server and a MSL 6030 library which i have been using for last three years. I have other servers in my Datacenter and all old servers are able to view the tape library.
With the new server in ioscan o/p nothing is showing. There is no zoning configured in my Datacenter. Then why am i not able to see the tape library from new server ??

Have you configured the mapping on the NSR?
You must assign a mapping to each server (identified on the NSR by the WWN of it's HBA). Without a mapping assigned, the server will not see any device.

I had a cell manager in my datacenter and i installed schgr driver on my new server. After that i was able to see tape library
