poor media in TL

Hi

I am trying format some poor media, after performing the format it shows media is poor. please find the attachment document regarding this issue.

Hi,

Looks like the media is bad,
did you do:
-put the media un tape
-do at scan
-do format with mark force in format options?

If you have HP library you can performance at media test in order to know how is the media.
