problem with system state backup with data protector express

Hi,
I got the following error saving a w2k8 sp2 with data protector express 4.0 sp1.
Erreur 64: not found Cds : System Files

can someone help ?

Hi,

 

Windows 2008 SP2 is not a supported windows platform for the DPX 4.x application as they are not supported. The API of the DPX 4.x will not be able to read some files on windows 2008 SP2. This is documented in the support matrix of DPX 4.x available for download at  ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/products/storage/software/datapexp/DPXMatrix_1008.pdf
