Problems HP storageworks DAT72 with DL380 G4 server

Im having problems to detect my DAT Device in the DL380 SCSI PORT 1. Can someone give some tip about it. Sometimes the tape appears on device managers, but only for seconds!

If you have it connected to an on board array controller that's probably the issue. Your best bet is to get a separate SCSO controller for the tape drive
