Prosignia 320 6400C

I'm trying to backup my old computer to my zip drive but the system will only allow me to backup to "file". As you can tell, I'm not very computer-literate and can't figure out how to change the settings so the computer will recognize my other drives (floppy, cd, zip). Please help!
