question about redo log files error of SAP integrated backup

Background:
Data Protector 5.5
SAP integration backups
regular backup scheduled for redo log files

Per policy agreement, redolog backups of SAP DB are run in a regular basis. (say X times/day)
However if there was not activity in the DB and no redo log file are generated since the last backup, an error occurs when the backup runs:

BR013W No offline redo log files found for processing

I undestand this error and don't have problems with it, however the backup appears to the data protector tool as a failed backup.

there is a tool that monitors failed backups and creates a ticket for failed backups. When an agent gets the ticket some time is spent entering the manager and looking at the logs to find that the issue was not a "real" problem.

Is there any way to tell Data Protector not to log this problem as a failed backup but maybe still log the problem as a warning?
this way a ticket won't be created (which has a cost) becuase the problem was not a "real issue"
