Restoring from tape -online backup

Our company uses Online ORACLE backup with RMAN integration using DP.

Cell manager is in Windows.
The database is in HP-UX 11.31

We are having a problem in restoring.

This is the error we have in sbtio.log and RMAN.

This is the first time doing it and we are puzzled why in production it can backup to tape but could not restore it at other server.
