Robotic Failure Code 9B C4
I cleaned the autoloader and when I put the tape back in a loaded the drive into the autoloader i get the following error code. I have attached the log file.

When you said "cleaned" how did you clean the Autoloader?
As per support ticket you'll need to run a wellness test. To do this go to the support option using the operator control panel and select "Run Tests" and look for "Wellness Test". To enter the support option you'll need the administrator password.
Also notice that library firmware is out of date, you should also update firmware. You can do this with L&TT tool using the "Get from Web" option.
