SDLT 160 & 320 Tape Drives off line After appling Windows2003 SP2

We have 100+ Server ML350(4)with SDLT Tape Drives attached using Symantec Backup Exec 10d Smart Start v 7.5, after we applied SP2 all tape go off-line.. Has anyone seen this?
