ssl 1016 password reset

I have a out of warranty ssl 1016 library and my customer has forgoten the password. i do have the 5 digit code from the unit so can anyone help me?

The manual just says

If you forget the administrator-level password, you cannot enter a new password.
You must call your customer service representative.



HP support can generate an emergency password for you - call them! If you cannot access the web management page of the library, this is the only way.
