Storagework DLT VS80 external fails to update firmware

In my Firmware page i got

From LTT itsel.
1. DLT Benchmark I Drive (DLT VS80) V065/HPQ-1 selectable:yes

Download manullay from your link.
2. DLT Benchmark I Drive (DLT VS40/80) V065/CPQ-1 selectable:no matching device

I cannot select your suggested firmware.

Hi Supakij,

LTT is preventing you from flashing the drive with a wrong personality FW hence the I/O exception. You can download the correct firmware file using LTT â Get Files From Webâ (Windows )or http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=12169&prodSeriesId=330076&prodNameId=377735&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=13&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=co-38179-1

The latest FW version is V065 and we always suggest using the latest LTT version (i.e. LTT v 4.2 SR1a).
