Storageworks MSL5000 randomic error E3719

Hello there. I've got a MSL 5026 library with 2 SDLT320 tapes mounted in. 

In the past few weeks i've got some problems with backups. I'm using CA Brighstore backup software. 

The error I recive has always the same ID number (E3719), but the EC is always different.

For example:

- E3719 Unable to write to media : EC= Cartridge not in

- E3719 Unable to write to media : EC= Unit attention: SCSI

- E3719 Unable to write to media : EC= Illegal command

I've performed more cleaning processes, and changed cartridges too with a new pool, but the problem remain the same. 

Any suggestions?
