SureStore 2/20 - Locked up during firmware upgrade. Can it be reset?

Locked up during firmware upgrade. Can it be reset?

I have 2 SCSI controllers. The one that locked up just gives a blank screen and Orange LEDs.

The other one works fine so I know every thing else is ok.

I see that there is a button called S1 on the scsi controller, is that used to reset the board?

The scsi controller that locked up was working fine before I tried to upgrade the firmware.

Thanks

It can be reset by holding down S1 while turning on power - not easy but there are a few ways to do it.

It's possible that the firmware update failed and left an image that isn't bootable in which case the library will be in the state you observe but L&TT will be able to find it on the SCSI bus and download new firmware. The library has a very small boot loader that just brings up minimal SCSI functionality.
