Surestore 6/60

Often the Surestore 6/60 (rev 1720) errors out complaining that a drive cannot be unloaded. All drives are HVD SCSI DLT8000 (rev 86). The unload succeeds when doing an "Emergency Drive Unload" from the front panel. I am seeing occasional SCSI timeouts on the controller. Using NetBackup 6.0 on HP-UX 11.11 on a rp5470 box. Any thoughts?
