Surestore Dat8 keep ejecting dds2 tape and cleaning cartridge

Hi!,

I've got a SureStore Dat 8 Drive. Model C1533A

My drive have a problem, it takes more than 1 minute in loading when inserting a tape, then it unload the tape and eject it.

When I insert a cleaning cartridge it eject the tape in 5 seconds.

I dont know what to do.

I tried to fix it cleaning manually the head, but nothing.
